1. General Policy
All payments made to CANS are non-refundable, as resources, tools, and team hours are allocated immediately after onboarding.Â

- SEO ServicesÂ
- Social Media ManagementÂ
- Pay-Per-Click Ads ManagementÂ
- Branding & Creative ServicesÂ
- Website Design & Development ProjectsÂ
- Consultation or Strategy SessionsÂ
- Monthly Retainer ServicesÂ
2. Why Refunds Are Not Offered
Unlike physical products, digital marketing services involve:Â
- Pre-scheduled laborÂ
- Custom-crafted strategiesÂ
- Non-recoverable third-party costsÂ
- Time-sensitive campaign executionÂ
- Intellectual and creative work that cannot be returnedÂ
Once work begins, the allocated time and effort cannot be reversed, so refunds are not possible.Â
3. Web Design & Development Payments
For website projects:Â
- Deposits are non-refundableÂ
- Work completed up to the point of any cancellation must be paid in full.Â
- If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days, the project may be paused with no refund providedÂ
- Re-activation fees may apply for paused projects.Â
Final website files, code, or designs are delivered after all unpaid balances are cleared.Â
4. Monthly Marketing Services
Monthly packages (SEO, SMM, PPC, etc.) operate on a prepaid billing cycle.Â
- All monthly fees are non-refundable, even if the client chooses to stop early.Â
- Performance-based refunds are not offered.Â
- Campaign results depend on industry, competition, budget, and market conditions.Â
5. Third-Party Costs
Expenses paid to third-party platforms are never refundable, including:Â
- Meta/Facebook AdsÂ
- Google AdsÂ
- Hosting & DomainsÂ
- Email/SMS Marketing PlatformsÂ
- Premium plugins or toolsÂ
These costs are billed directly to external vendors and cannot be returned.Â
6. Project Cancellation
Either party may cancel a service with written notice.Â
Upon cancellation:Â
- All completed work must be paid forÂ
- Any upcoming scheduled work will be stopped.Â
- No refunds will be issued for previously paid invoices.Â
- Outstanding balances must be cleared before deliverables are transferred.Â
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only under rare situations:Â
- Duplicate payment due to a billing errorÂ
- Accidental overchargingÂ
- Incorrect invoice amountÂ
In such cases, we will:Â
- Verify the issueÂ
- Process the refund within 7–14 business days.Â
No refund will be given for dissatisfaction with creative direction, marketing results, or changes in business conditions.Â
8. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without prior communication is considered a breach of contract.Â
If a chargeback occurs, all ongoing work will be suspended immediately, and legal action or collections may be initiated.Â
